{"id":1504,"date":"2017-03-30T21:09:14","date_gmt":"2017-03-30T21:09:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/azalee-reflexo.ch\/?page_id=1504"},"modified":"2017-03-30T21:09:14","modified_gmt":"2017-03-30T21:09:14","slug":"tourte-aux-carottes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/azalee-therapie.ch\/dietetique\/tourte-aux-carottes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tourte aux carottes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #800000; font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Tourte aux carottes<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ce dessert, \u00e0 base de carottes procure \u00e0 votre organisme les nutriments indispensables \u00e0 son bon fonctionnement \u00e0 savoir les fibres et la vitamine A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Pour 4 personnes<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">1 sachet de levure chimique<br \/>\n120 gr huile olive<br \/>\n1 litre de jus de carotte<br \/>\n500 g de carottes finement r\u00e2p\u00e9es<br \/>\n4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n75 g de farine de sarassin<br \/>\n100 gr de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre<br \/>\n1 litre de jus d\u2019orange<br \/>\nLe zeste d\u20191 orange<br \/>\n125 g de noisettes moulues<br \/>\n10 g de gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de 5 \u00e9pices<br \/>\n150 g de cerneaux de noix finement hach\u00e9es<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Pour le gla\u00e7age :<br \/>\n200 g de Philadelphia l\u00e9ger<br \/>\n1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d\u2019\u00e9pices<br \/>\n100 g de beurre demi-sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Dans une po\u00eale, verser 20 gr d\u2019huile olive<br \/>\nAjouter les carottes et les faire revenir \u00e0 feu doux pendant 20 minutes, en remuant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <br \/>\nFaire r\u00e9duire en les s\u00e9parant le jus de carotte et le jus d\u2019orange jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture sirupeuse (environ 50 minutes)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C, huiler et de farine un moule de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre<br \/>\nBattre les \u0153ufs jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils doublent de volume et deviennent p\u00e2les, ajouter l\u2019huile<br \/>\nAjouter ensuite tous les ingr\u00e9dients (les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, le zeste d\u2019orange, les sirops de carotte et d\u2019orange, la farine, la poudre de noisettes, les \u00e9pices, la levure, le gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9 et les noix)<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer et verser dans le moule<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser dans le four 45 minutes environ<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Pour la pr\u00e9paration du gla\u00e7age :<br \/>\nVerser tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier et battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange bien cr\u00e9meux<br \/>\nA l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule, \u00e9taler le gla\u00e7age sur le g\u00e2teau ti\u00e8de<br \/>\nD\u00e9corer le dessus\u00a0 en utilisant quelques zestes d\u2019orange r\u00e2p\u00e9es fins et des noix concass\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tourte aux carottes Ce dessert, \u00e0 base de carottes procure \u00e0 votre organisme les nutriments indispensables \u00e0 son bon fonctionnement \u00e0 savoir les fibres et la vitamine A.
