{"id":1561,"date":"2017-04-16T17:54:22","date_gmt":"2017-04-16T17:54:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/azalee-reflexo.ch\/?page_id=1561"},"modified":"2024-09-25T18:54:01","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T18:54:01","slug":"galette-de-brocoli","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/azalee-therapie.ch\/dietetique\/galette-de-brocoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Galette verte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Galette verte<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pour 18 galettes<\/p>\n<p>500 gr brocoli cuit, \u00e9cras\u00e9 \u00e0 la fourchette, avec des morceaux<br \/>\n40 gr de lentille corail, tremp\u00e9 1 h, \u00e9goutt\u00e9e, cuit sans sel, 10 min, refroidi<br \/>\n2 cs f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<br \/>\n1 oignon hach\u00e9 50 gr<br \/>\n50 gr poireau vert, cisel\u00e9<br \/>\n50 gr noisette hach\u00e9, tremp\u00e9, torr\u00e9fi\u00e9<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs battus, facultatif<br \/>\n4 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<p>Assaisonnement, \u00e9pices: muscade moulue, poivre, gingembre, marjolaine, persil, HV parfum\u00e9e, sel<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le tout \u00e0 la spatule, former des boulettes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 boule de glace ou de deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe.<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser dans une po\u00eale sans graisse ou un minimum d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, dorer sur les 2 faces 4 min environ.<br \/>\nAccompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une salade verte\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Variante : pour remplacer l\u2019\u0153uf, ajouter 60 gr de millet cuit sous forme de risotto, 40 min, cela pourra aider \u00e0 assembler les aliments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
