font-size: 16px;\">1 cs de graines de lin<br \/>\n2 cs de graines de pavot<br \/>\n3 cs de lupin (l\u00e9gumineuses)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">1\/2 c \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de gingembre <br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">1 pinc\u00e9e des 4 \u00e9pices: muscade, coriandre, girofle, fenouil<br \/>\n2 dl eau <br \/>\nCar la farine de coco est une farine compl\u00e8te qui absorbe d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de liquide pendant la pr\u00e9paration<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser tous ces ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier et mixer au bamix\u00a0 ou au robot m\u00e9nager.\u00a0<br \/>\nPuis ajouter\u00a0<br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif;
