{"id":4467,"date":"2025-01-28T15:23:08","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T15:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/azalee-therapie.ch\/dietetique\/?page_id=4467"},"modified":"2026-04-18T13:03:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-18T13:03:35","slug":"barres-aux-cereales","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/azalee-therapie.ch\/dietetique\/barres-aux-cereales\/","title":{"rendered":"Barres aux\u00a0 c\u00e9r\u00e9ales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Barres aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"color: #339966;\">Sans gluten, sans conservateur, 16 barres\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>60 gr graisse de coco<br \/>\n50 ml miel liquide<br \/>\n100 gr canneberges secs, r\u00e9hydrater tremp\u00e9e <br \/>\n60 gr figues s\u00e9ch\u00e9e r\u00e9hydrater <br \/>\n40 gr gingembre confit hach\u00e9 <br \/>\n30 gr quinoa souffl\u00e9 <br \/>\n70 gr flocon millet<br \/>\n30 gr graines s\u00e9sames <br \/>\n20 gr graines lin \u00e9grug\u00e9s <br \/>\n10 gr graines Chia<br \/>\n30 gr graines tournesol <br \/>\n1 pte de couteau de girofle<br \/>\n1 cc cannelle moulu<br \/>\n1\/2 jus citron<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule.<\/p>\n<p>Remplir les plaques d\u2019un moule de 16 barres. Bien presser \u00e0 l\u2019aide du dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re sur la mati\u00e8re, aussi pour \u00e9viter des espaces, ce qui rendra la barre cassante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans un four d\u00e9shydrateur :<\/strong> 7h \u00e0 50\u00b0C,\u00a0 ouvrir le four, attendre 20 min, d\u00e9mouler en retournant sur la grille, d\u00e9licatement,\u00a0 remettre \u00e0 m\u00eame la grille, \u00e0 5 h \u00e0 50\u2009\u00b0C. Lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont chaud tr\u00e8s friable.\u00a0 Sortir laisser bien refroidir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans un four traditionnel<\/strong> : avec une plaque normale,\u00a0 versez le tout dans le moule carr\u00e9, chemis\u00e9 de papier de cuisson, avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e9craser pour sortir l\u2019air, bien amalgamer.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u2009\u00b0C.\u00a0 Enfournez 50 min.
